Conceived as the flagship showroom of Mas Maya, this extraordinary two-bedroom residence celebrates sculptural architecture, natural materials and considered design — the warmth and character of southern Spain balanced with clean, understated Nordic influences. Our signature Scandilusian aesthetic.

The architecture

Sculptural volumes, generous proportions and tactile surfaces are balanced by contemporary lines and a restrained natural palette. A palm tree rising between the two outer façades creates a striking focal point, while upstairs a loft-style living area unfolds beneath four-metre-high ceilings, flooded with natural light.

The interiors

A generous built-in L-shaped sofa, an oversized chestnut dining table and a beautifully integrated kitchen. Two en-suite bedrooms each open onto their own intimate outdoor space, and underfloor heating and cooling with air conditioning ensure all-season comfort.

The rooftop sanctuary

Crowning the house is a private 30m² rooftop terrace with a black-and-beige striped heated pool, a generous Balinese daybed, built-in lounge seating and an outdoor kitchen. Slow mornings in the sunshine, leisurely afternoons by the pool and relaxed evenings beneath the Andalusian sky.
